On August 11th, Yankuang Group held a work forum on the construction of internal marketization in Dongtan Coal Mine. It summarized and promoted the work experience in the construction of internal marketization, made a profound analysis on prominent problems, deployed tasks in the next phase, mobilized organizations at all levels, cardres and workers to achieve the unity of thinking, strengthened measures, ascended internal marketization management to a new level, in order to provide strong support for the transformation and development of the Group.
Mr. Li Xiyong, General Manager and Deputy Secretary of the Party Commiitee of Yankuang Group, attended the meeting, during which he gave full affirmation to preliminary work in internal marketization and put forward demands on existing problems. He also stressed that internal marketization is implemented to fundamentally solve “problems prevailing among large-scale companies” , to solve the problem of redundant workers and low efficiency. Internal marketization is a complex and important project, so organizations at all levels should focus on it ideologically, be eager to learn, be bold enough to practise, learn from each other, carry out internal marketization work, mobilize the enthusiasm, initiative and creativity of all workers, and promote safe, high efficient and scientific development of the company.
