On September 16, a delegation of Yankuang left for Hangzhou and Shanghai to learn advanced enterprise management and operation modes. The delegation was headed by Mr. Li Xiyong, the Party Secretary, Chairman of Yankuang Group and Mr. Li Wei, the General Manager of Yankuang Group. Most of the delegation members are either Board of Directors, the Party Committee and the Senior Management, or the heads of relevant departments of the headquarters, the specialized subsidiaries, and energy and chemical branches outside Shandong province.
In the afternoon of September 16, the delegation firstly arrived at the headquarters of Alibaba Group, where they got an in-depth understanding of Alibaba's history, development status, business layout, future strategic planning as well as the past, present and future of China's internet economy.
In Alibaba Bright Summit Command Room, Yankuang Group and Ali cloud signed a LOI on Ali Cloud Yankuang SRM project, according to which, Yankuang Group will take the new SRM system platform as a pilot project to introduce Alibaba middle platform technology. The technology will integrate the enterprise personnel, finance, materials, production, supply and marketing with special platform of coal industry in a horizontal way, and gradually build up an energy brain for Yankuang group, and jointly create a demonstration benchmark of Shandong province for “Replacing the old drivers with new ones”.
At the meeting, Mr. Li Ruihua, the director of the Strategic Development Department of Alibaba Group, made a presentation of its overall business. Mr. Li Shufeng, the Vice President of AliCloud, shared information on Digital Economy and Digital Transformation driven by IT. Mr. Hong Wei, an expert on procurement and operation of 1688 large enterprises, presented a report on Enterprise’s Digital Transformation. And Mr. He Bingquan, the deputy general manager of AliCloud University made an analysis of Alibaba's corporate culture and management.
In the evening, Mr. Li Xiyong chaired a meeting and asked all the members of the delegation to adhere to the inclusive learning, to learn via raising questions and finding solutions as well, and effectively transform the learning process into a process of developing new development concept, and a process of enhancing development capability and bottleneck problems tackling abilities. Through this benchmark investigation, learning from other’s strong points to offset our weakness, all members shall work out a study and research plan, and turn their thoughts and insights from this investigation into practices and thus promote Yankuang’s new concept of development.
