Mr. Li Wei, the General Manger of Yankuang Group, attended the 12th China-Japan Forum on Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection in Beijing on 25 November, on which, 3 parties covering Yankuang Group, Taihe Commercial (Japan) and International Energy and Environmental Protection Promotion Society (Japan) entered into Letter of Intent for Cooperation in Hydrogen Energy Utilization (LOI).
Jointly held by National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC), Ministry of Commerce of the PRC, Ministry of Economy (Japan) and Japan-China Economic Association, representatives from both sides exchanged views on a number of issues, including the establishment of an innovation system for energy conservation technology, clean coal technology and thermal power generation, and long-term trade between China and Japan on the 12th China-Japan Forum on Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection. 24 cooperative agreements covering energy saving and new energy development, circular economy, smart city, etc were signed between 2 sides.
In response to the national deployment of enhancing hydrogen energy industry, Yankuang Group has been relying on its own hydrogen energy sources such as coal chemicals and gas utilization technology, strengthening the exchange and cooperation with foreign enterprises, exploring the development of hydrogen energy and other clean energy industry, thus to strive to build a world-class clean energy supplier. The signing of LOI with Japan this time is an essential deployment of the Group based on the international and global perspective in hydrogen energy development.
